Description

The Wilden XPS4 is an air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump. Compressed air moves two flexible diaphragms back and forth, which draws liquid in and pushes it out. It handles chemicals, solvents, slurries and viscous fluids, and it can run dry without damage.

  • Pro-Flo SHIFT clamped metal pump, 38 mm (1-1/2") size, with 316 stainless steel liquid chambers, manifolds and clamp bands.
  • Liquid ports threaded BSPT (inlet and discharge), with the red plastic port plugs still fitted. Air inlet is 3/4" threaded.
  • Marked II 2 GD c IIB T6-T3 for use in potentially explosive gas and dust atmospheres. Grounding tag fitted, ground the pump before use.
  • Wilden rates the PS4 range at up to 310 lpm (82 gpm) with rubber diaphragms, and 375 lpm with Full-Stroke PTFE. Max air pressure shown on the pump warning label is 8.6 bar (125 psi). Neoprene valve balls per the bill of materials.
  • Built 27 March 2020 and shipped 23 April 2020. Serial number 0030742054.
  • Supplied with a new Alwitco AtoMuffler air exhaust muffler (item 0393010, model M10/E14, 1" male NPT), the PS4 operation and maintenance manual, and the printed bill of materials in a bag.
  • Packed in the original Wilden carton with Sealed Air foam protection.
  • Sold as surplus, as-is where-is.
