Incoterms We Work With

EXWEx Works

Buyer arranges all transport from our facility.

FCAFree Carrier

We hand the goods to the buyer's nominated freight forwarder.

FOBFree on Board

We deliver to a nominated Australian port and load on board.

CFRCost and Freight

We arrange and pay for freight to the buyer's nominated port. Insurance is the buyer's responsibility.

CIFCost, Insurance & Freight

We handle freight and insurance to the buyer's port of destination.

DAPDelivered at Place

Available on request for select destinations.

All Incoterms are interpreted in accordance with the ICC Incoterms® 2020 rules.

Packaging Standards

▪ISPM-15 compliant timber crating for international sea freight
▪VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) anti-corrosion wrapping for machined metal components and hydraulic parts
▪Vacuum-sealed packaging for sensitive electronic and instrumentation equipment
▪Foam-protected internal packaging for instrumentation and electronics
▪Heavy-duty cartons with corner protection for air freight
▪Hazardous goods packaging where applicable, declared and labelled per IATA / IMDG

• Export declaration where required
• MSDS / SDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) where applicable
• Fumigation certificate (for ISPM-15 timber crating)

• Insurance certificate (for CIF shipments)

Lead Times

• Air freight to Asia — 3–7 business days
• Sea freight to Asia — 2–4 weeks
• Air freight to Middle East / Europe / Africa — 5–10 business days
• Sea freight to Middle East / Europe / Africa — 4–8 weeks
From despatch; excludes customs clearance.

Shipment Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Tracking details and carrier reference numbers are provided via email upon dispatch — so you can follow your order from our facility to your nominated port or address.

Note on Export Controls. All international sales are subject to applicable Australian export control regulations. Certain dual-use, defence-related, or sanctions-listed items may require additional licensing or be unavailable for specific destinations. We will advise during the inquiry stage if this applies.
