Description

Rosemount 3051L is a flange-mounted differential pressure transmitter built to measure liquid level in tanks and vessels.

  • Measures hydrostatic head (liquid level) directly from the tank wall through its flange-mounted diaphragm, so no impulse lines or remote seal capillaries are needed on the high-pressure side.
  • Sends the measurement as a 4–20 mA signal with HART digital communication to a DCS, PLC or other control system.
  • Suited to level, interface and tank-contents measurement in oil and gas, LNG, chemical, process and utility plants.
  • Calibrated range 0 to 62.2 kPa (0–250 inH2O). Supply 10.5–55 VDC. Maximum working pressure 275 psi (19 bar).
  • Integral LCD meter shows the live reading locally, with alarm and security switches under the display cover.
  • Flameproof housing (Ex d IIC) with M20 conduit entries suits hazardous-area installations.
  • 316L stainless steel flange (ASTM A182, 150 lb class) bolts onto a matching tank nozzle.
  • Supplied as a complete surplus unit. Typical uses are as a spare for an existing 3051L installation or as a replacement level transmitter.
Condition Statement

Surplus unit, as-is where-is. The housing is clean, the LCD is fitted and the conduit entries still carry their plugs. A clear protective cover is still fitted over the diaphragm face. There is marker writing and tape residue on the flange. It has not been bench-tested by Sunrise Marine. Photos form part of the description.
