Shinko JCS-33A-R/M digital temperature controller (24 V AC/DC)

Shinko JCS-33A-R/M is a compact digital PID temperature controller. It holds a process at a set temperature by switching a heater or other output on and off.

• Reads temperature from a thermocouple or RTD sensor (multi-range input) and shows the process value (PV) and set value (SV) on a dual 4-digit display.
• Controls the process with a PID algorithm with auto-tuning, and can switch to simple ON/OFF control.
• Relay output rated 3 A, 250 V AC drives a heater contactor, solid-state relay, valve or similar load.
• Alarm outputs and an event output are available, and the unit has the loop break alarm option (LA).
• Terminals are provided for RS-485 communication and a current transformer (heater burnout detection) on the rear wiring diagram. Please check which options are enabled on this unit.
• Typical uses are ovens, furnaces, heaters, process skids, plastics and packaging machinery, and refrigeration or HVAC control panels.
• Powered from 24 V AC/DC (8 VA). Ambient range 0 to 50 °C. Made in Japan.
