Description

  • Leakage-compensation type: purges the enclosure first, then keeps pressure up by topping up what leaks out.
  • Marked Ex [pxb] ia IIC T5 Gb and Ex [pxb] ia IIIC T100°C Db. Ambient −20 °C to +55 °C. Also marked II 2(2) G, IECEx SIR07.0027X, SIRA 01ATEX1295X and INMETRO.
  • Supply pressure 5 to 16 barg. Low pressure sensor set at 1 mbarg. Purge flow 4,000 NI/min. Purge time 35 min.
  • Control cabinet in stainless steel, with a red alarm light, a yellow purging light and a green pressurised light on the door.
  • Contains an Expo electronic timer module (ETM-IS11-113, intrinsically safe) with an FM/ATEX/IECEx approval and a replaceable lithium battery pack (type ETM-IS31-001).
  • Inside the cabinet: filter regulator (Expo S0015/275), pressure gauges, pneumatic red/green indicators, flow sensor, solenoid valve and ball valve.
  • MiniPurge Interface Unit MIU/e2 (serial 2018/TE 38531). Ex e IIC T5/T4 Gb, Ex tb IIIC T100°C Db IP66. Max supply 250 V, 4 A (AC-15).
  • MiniPurge relief valve box, type RLV104/ss/FS, opens at 22 mbarg (8.8" WC). Serial 2018/TR39107. Stainless, with four tubing ports.
  • Sold as surplus, as-is where-is.
Condition Statement

Surplus system from an operating site. The panel was recalibrated and the timer battery was replaced in October 2022, according to the test labels inside the cabinet. The enclosures are marked and scratched, with surface staining and light rust on the labels. Not powered or tested by Sunrise Marine.
