Description

This crate holds high-voltage power electronics from an electric truck drivetrain. The distribution units route battery power to the motor, charger and auxiliaries, and the chargers convert AC mains into DC for the battery.
  • 2 Soundon Power Distribution Units, type EV-012-335.8V262.5Ah-01, rated 335.8 V, with 12 V low-voltage supply. Black enclosures marked “Powered by SEA Drive”. Ports are labelled INV, HVAC, HVH, AI+, MCU+, FC+, PACK and CAR. Production date 19 July 2023.
  • BRUSA NLG664-U0-02A-E04 on-board battery chargers, made in Switzerland. Input 230 V AC three-phase (22 kW max) or single-phase (7 kW max). Output 450 V DC max, 60 A max. IP6kX / IPX9k protection.
  • Vector VC-EVCC Series charge controllers (made in Germany), mounted on black steel brackets, with connector plug fitted. Software rev 3.1.2.
  • GB Auto cabin wiring harness for the SEA 300-45 (P/N BA2H-8501-AA), with its test data report in the bag.
  • GB Auto Gen 2 truck HV phase cable in orange sleeving (P/N AS8U-1204 Rev AB), bagged.
  • Supplied packed in a wooden crate.
  • Sold as surplus, as-is where-is.
Condition Statement

Surplus stock in the original crate. Harnesses are bagged with test data, enclosures are clean and connectors are intact. Chargers show light handling marks. Not powered or tested by Sunrise Marine
